Chocolate Zucchini Bread

3 eggs
3 cups flour
1 cup oil
1 tsp cinnamon
2 cups sugar
2 cups shredded zucchini
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp vanilla
2 tsp baking soda
2 oz choc (= 6 tbsp choc syrup)

2 greased floured loaf pans
1. Combine ingredients.
2. bake 1 hour at 325 degrees

1. Makes 2 Loaves.
2. Regarding the chocolate ingredient listed above:
We always use Hersheys syrup, but anything similar would probably work.
.  You  could probably even try melting chocolate morsels, either milk or semi-sweet 
(I think unsweetened might be too harsh even though there is a lot of extra 
sugar in the recipe).
