Italian Almond Sweets
INGREDIENTS:
1 chilo of almonds
900 grams of sugar
100 grams of honey
2 grated lemons
2 eggs
egg whites
spin dry almonds without skin.
mix the almonds without skin and sugar.
after mixing this mixture with honey, eggs, lemons
if the mixture is very hard, you add egg whites .
at the end you make balls and cook them into the oven.
Cook them for 10-15 min into the preheated oven at 350 degrees F (180C).
