Sauteed Fennel (Finocchio/anise)

1 bunch fresh Fennel (Finocchio/anise)
2-3 large onions (should be about same amount of fennel and onions)
handful fennel seed
olive oil 

1. Dice fennel and onions.
2. Add fennel seets to diced fennel and onions.
3. Mix fennel, onions, and fennel seeds well.
4. saute in olive oil in skillet over medium heat until soft.
5. Serve hot.

Serves: 6-8 people
