Brad's Cheese Bread

2 cups Flour
4 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
1 1/2 cups shredded chedder cheese
1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
2 eggs, well beaten
1/4 cup butter or margerine, melted
1 cup milk
2 Tbsp grated parmesan cheese

Combine flour, baking power, and salt.
Stir in cheddar and 1/4 cup parmesan cheese.
Combine eggs, butter, and milk.
Add to dry ingredients all at once.
Stir until everything is moistened.
Do not overmix.
Place mixture in a greased 9x5 inch pan, and smooth the top.
Sprinkle on the 2 Tbsp parmesan.
Bake at 350 degrees F for about 45 minutes.
Try with butter just out of the oven. (optional)
