16 oz. motzerella, shreaded
48 oz. Container Ricotta
8 oz. grated Romano or Parmesan cheese
16 oz. box lasagna noodles, with curly edges
16 oz. ground beef
16 oz. Italian sweet or hot sausages, chopped
32 oz. tomato sauce, home made
small handful salt

1. make 32 oz. home made tomato sauce to taste.
2. boil water in 12 quart pot.
3. Add small handful salt to boiling water.
4. Add lasagna noodles to boiling water.
5. Cook lasagna noodles for about 20 minutes, or until tender.
6. Drain lasagna noodles.
7. Brown ground beef in frying pan until thoroughly browned.
8. Brown Italian sausages in frying pan until thoroughly browned.
9. Arrange layer of unbroken lasagna noodles in bottom of 8x14 baking pan.
10. Apply thin layer of tomato sauce on top of lasagna noodles.
11. Sprinkle ground beef and Italian sausages on top of tomato sauce.
12. Spread layer of ricotta on top of meat layer.
13. Apply layer of motzerella on top of ricotta.
14. Sprinkle grated cheese on top of motzerella.
15. Repeat steps 7 through 12 making second, third, and fourth layer in pan.
16. Bake lasagna pan in oven at 350 degrees for about 20 minutes, or until
	all cheese is thoroughly melted.
17 Cut baked lasagna into squares or rectangles and serve hot.
18. Eat and enjoy!!!
