Italian Turkey Meat Stuffing

1 stick pepperoni, diced
1 pound ground beef
2 eggs, beaten
20 oz. crutons, flavored and/or seasoned
2 pounds onions, peeled and chopped
8 ounces grated Romano or Parmesan cheese
1 Tbsp Poultry Seasoning
4 metal turkey skewers

1. Saute onions and ground beef in sauce pan, until onions are soft,
and ground beef is browned.
2. Dice pepperoni into quarter inch cubes.
3. Combine all ingredients in bowl.
4. Mix all ingredients in bowl well.
5. Remove turkey giblets from inside turkey.
6. Place stuffing mixture inside of both turkey cavities.
7. Use skewers to hold closed both turkey cavities.
8. Thoroughly cook turkey in usual manner.
9. Scoop out turkey stuffing after cooked.
10. Eat and enjoy!!!

Makes enough stuffing to stuff a 20 pound turkey.
