Fettuccini Alfredo (Low Fat)

1 lb. cooked fettuccini noodles
1 lb. cooked shrimp, deveined and with tails removed
20 oz. frozen peas, thawed
half cup olive oil
half to 1 cup garlic cloves, whole
1 cup graded cheese
0.75 cup skim milk

1. Saute garlic in olive oil until soft, cool.
2. Puree olive oil and garlic in food processor or blender, making garlic
3. Add milk and grated cheese into garlic mixture.
4. Puree garlic mixture again.
5. Combine shrimp, peas, and cooked noodles into pot.
6. Pour garlic mixture over noodles, peas and shrimp.
7. Mix well and serve.

1. 1 lb. bacon, prisutto, panchet, or ham can be substituted for the shrimp.
2. Optionally Add 1 bunch fresh basil into sauce and pureee well,
	for garlic basil flavor.
